Multi-level marketing (MLM), also known as Network Marketing.
It is a marketing strategy that compensates promoters(distributors) of direct selling companies not only for product sales but also for the sales of their downline. The products and company are usually marketed directly to consumers and potential business partners whereby we can refer it to "word of mouth" marketing and the customer service is vital for the business to survive.
Honestly, I have change my "anti-amway" opinion toward MLM after i do some survey.I can say that it is cannot be avoid that something is good at the beginning but it become bad after been turned by some bad elements.
Therefore, there will be also some bad comments about MLM system since it has been manipulated by some people who wanna to earn "quick-money".When the business persons are not care about the customer service or relationship but only focus on "money", i believe it is unacceptable no matter in what kind of business.Besides, i agree with our clsmates that it needs hard work, determination, self confidence, self control and leardership if you wanna to success in this business or in any kind of business.
In my next post, i will introduce about the pyramid scheme.What is the relationship between pyramid scheme and MLM?is it legal?can it be found in Malaysia?
